When using high and low temperature chambers, be sure to strictly observe the following common precautions:

1. During use, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not open the tailgate, otherwise it will cause the following abnormal adverse effects.

The high temperature cyclone breaks through the box, which will be very unsafe

The inside of the tailgate remains hot, causing burns

The high temperature gas may cause the fire alarm system and cause malfunction

2. It must be noted that the equipment must be grounded reliably to prevent top discharge.

3. Prevent the refrigeration unit from being turned off and then turned on within 3 minutes.

4. If the hot test product is placed in the box, please use an additional switching power supply to control the power supply of the test product. It is not necessary to use the device to switch the power supply at the same time. When putting high temperature samples for ultra-low temperature tests, pay attention to: the time to open the tailgate Sections should be as short as possible.

5. Power circuit isolation switch, overheating protection device, the safety maintenance of the equipment test product and its staff, so please maintain it regularly.

6. It is strictly forbidden to test flammable, flammable and highly corrosive chemical substances.

7. Lighting lamps should be turned off during other time periods except when necessary.

8. Before doing ultra-low temperature, the studio should be wiped and dried for 1 hour at 60 degrees Celsius.

9. During the high temperature test, when the temperature exceeds about 55 degrees Celsius, do not turn on the refrigerator.

10. On all sections perpendicular to the direction of bisecting the core, the sum of the total cross-sectional areas of the test load should not exceed one-third of the cross-section in the work at this point.
